Vinyl, Embroidery & Rhinestone MERCHANDISE

Aside from our main printing method of screen printing, there are various other methods which may be more suitable for your club, or help you create the exact look you are after. 

Vinyl 

Vinyl printing is the perfect route for those that are looking for smaller and more frequent orders, mainly because we have no MOQ requirement for vinyl printed items! There are also many other benefits, including a huge variety of unique materials that can be used to print your designs, from standard matt colours, to glitter, metallic and more. 

Whilst screen printing is great for more complex designs, vinyl print is perfect for more simple, clean designs. However, you can still create a unique, stand-out look, with both glitter and metallic options available in over 80+ different colours.

Vinyl prints are also great for a more personal touch. You can add names, initials, roles, and more, to your items at a small additional cost. Vinyl personalisation can be added to any of your team wear items, including your screen-printed items

Embroidery

Embroidery is the perfect option for a more professional look. Vibrant thread colours are stitched into the garment to produce a high quality finish of your teams logo/design.

Like vinyl printing, embroidery has no MOQ. This makes embroidery a great option for kitting out your coaching staff, as well as athletes. Embroidery does require an initial £15.00 + VAT set up fee for the design to be ‘digitised’, however once this process is completed the logo can then be used at the digitised size on any item. Colours can also be changed at any time to suit certain garment colours.

Rhinestone Embellishment

One of our favourite printing methods is rhinestone embellishment. Rhinestone detailing is the ideal addition to any teams’ merchandise collection, creating a unique sparkle.

Our designers will take a current logo/design, or create a new one, then adjust the artwork to create a dotted rhinestone vector. Our rhinestone designs can consist of AB or full colour 2mm-5mm stones. With a maximum print size of 32cm wide by 40cm high the possibilities for rhinestone designs are endless!

Rhinestone items do have a MOQ of 10 for the initial order, but just 1 thereafter. The MOQ is based on the same rhinestone design, rather than item. This means you can have this design on a range of different garments, making the MOQ easier to meet.

Lead times vary based on the design and print methods selected. We would recommend allowing up to 3 weeks for production from the date of payment.
